El Beasto Recordings celebrates twenty years in 2018 and to celebrate it we have planned the release of a series of very special albums for us. The first of them is this single tribute to one of those unrepeatable and completely undervalued underground characters. Of course we refer to El Angel, author of a book (Los Plaos De La Demolición) and an album (Polvo De Angel), essential for us.

Polvo De Angel, published exclusively on cd in 1994 and very difficult to find for years, is an open heart walk through the damp and dark alleys of Rock & Roll, a collection of songs in which El Angel y sus Volcánicos (first swords of the caliber of Cesar Scappa, Ana Curra, Dogo, Juanjo Pizarro ...) reach truly magical moments.

It was clear that El Legado had to be part of the tribute, listening to their monolithic version of Sucia Canción De Amor live was the starting point. The studio shot that you can listen to here has nothing to envy. Tunduru also do a great job with another of our favorites, Mi Cielo. A half time that fits them like a glove.

As a final touch, we have been able to count on the wonderful photo of El Angel by the master Alberto Garcia-Alix for the cover and design of Julen Cancerbero.

The album is released in a limited edition of 500 copies and we can assure you that it will not be reissued in the future, so hurry up and don't miss out on your copy !!!

Veinte años cumple El Beasto Recordings en 2018 y para celebrarlo hemos planificado la edición de una serie de discos muy especiales para nosotros. El primero de ellos es este single tributo a uno de esos personajes subterráneos irrepetibles y completamente infravalorados. Por supuesto nos referimos a El Angel, autor de un libro (Los Planos De La Demolición) y un disco (Polvo De Angel), imprescindibles para nosotros.

Polvo De Angel, publicado exclusivamente en cd en 1994 y muy difícil de encontrar desde hace años, es un paseo a corazón abierto por los callejones húmedos y oscuros del Rock & Roll, una colección de canciones en las que El Angel y sus Volcánicos (primeros espadas del calibre de Cesar Scappa, Ana Curra, Dogo, Juanjo Pizarro...) alcanzan momentos realmente mágicos.

Estaba claro que El Legado tenían que formar parte del tributo, escuchar su monolítica versión de Sucia Canción De Amor en directo fue el punto de partida. La toma en estudio que puedes escuchar aquí nada tienen que envidiarle. Tunduru también hacen un gran trabajo con otra de nuestras favoritas, Mi Cielo. Un medio tiempo que les sienta como un guante.

Como broche final, hemos podido contar con la maravillosa foto de El Angel obra del maestro Alberto Garcia-Alix para la portada y el diseño de Julen Cancerbero.
